Vintage Sylvia Whyte sailor dress. So cute for Memorial Day or Fourth of July! Shoulder to hem is 19”, which is more typical of a modern size 3. (In fact my daughter wore this at almost 3 with the sleeves as 1/2 length style.) The original buttons are missing from the sleeves, which may have happened as the original owner let her daughter wear it longer and it would no longer button around her wrists! (At 1/2 length style it fits perfectly with no buttons. I was going to try and replace them, but we ended up just wearing as is!) At 18-24 mo this would fit more as a drop waist style.
