Handmade Dress of Vintage age

Color: Cobalt Blue with white pin dot detail.
Closure: Buttons on the back and then ties at waist
-Dress made as all one piece, shirt is not separate
-Ruffled front and a hand-embroidered rosette detail down the front chest.
-Cute pockets on front
-This dress does not have a sizing tag inside

Measurements:
-Length 33.5" STH Hemmed with about 1" extra that could be let out
-Chest 16" PTP

My best estimate on comparing this dress to modern children sizing is that it would fit approximately a size 10 girl

NOTE: I did see a few small defects with this dress, as expected with the age. The ribbon tie has been mended and there is some yellowing to the white fabric

This would also be a great Dorothy inspired Costume!
