This is 2 pieces that were mislabeled in sizing the inner dress though labeled 7 fits like a 4/5. The overlay is mislabeled 9(!) it runs anywhere from 4/6yrs depending on your little ones height.
It fit my daughter best at 5yrs.

Overall Length is 24.5” on the overlay and 22” on the inner slip dress.
