Vintage, Saks Fifth Avenue Baby Boutique, Made in Italy. Tag does not show size. See pictures for measurements. Beautiful white dress is 65% poly/35% cotton. Smoked top with pink thread embroidery in diamond shape. Petite rosebuds with stem embroidered across center. Cap sleeves with ruffle hems. Generous hem at bottom to adjust in height.
