This is a Vintage Vital Zone 100 % Silk Floral Cardigan Sz L, Womens, Retro Zip Front Jacket.
It has a pocket design at each hip, but the are just for decoration. It has a satiny blue inner lining and elastic bunched sleeves. It feels very soft in the fabric that has a great vintage feel to it.
