Romper bloomer with peter pan collar, pleating, cap sleeves and amazing stitch work - likely actually baby size but daughter wore as an older toddler [with knee highs] - please note measurements for sizing - armpit to armpit about 11 inches - shoulder [at neck] to buttons at saddle about 17 1/2 inches - arm opening about 3 inches.
