Description

Super cute vintage skirt with colorful smocked stretchy waist. Tag reads size 2 but we wore as 4. Last photo is shown over a crewcuts 4-5 skirt that we wore at same time for reference. Waist is 8” unstretched and 13” fully stretched. Normal wash wear/fade typical for corduroy fabric - more prominent at seams and pleats. My daughter loved this one!
