Very good used condition. HTF Made in USA Nautical Navy velvet sailor dress. Square collar with white ribbon bow and white trim. Back button closure. Fully lined with a lighter blue cotton. White trim just above hemline and around dress. Trim around cuffs. Full pleated skirt of dress, pleats also on shoulders. Long ties for a nice back bow. No stains or holes noted.
