Vintage Clip On Earrings Blue with Silver Tone - Broken Clips - Repair Needed

These earrings measure just over 1 & 1/8 " long. One clip is completely broken and stuck open - will need a repair before it can be worn. Halo to front of one is a little smoother and has a golden hue in places. Marks and signs of wear to rear. Pads have discolored. Glue and tarnish to clips.

Preowned vintage earrings, sold as shown - I am unsure of material type(s) because of this. Pictures show different angles for you to review - while I attempt to note any defects, some tarnish/signs of wear may be visible that are not otherwise stated.
