Best Kids U.S.A vintage dress. This dress is labeled as size 4, but it's a generous 4, in my opinion. I have included photos of measurements. I am listing in "play" condition for some minor flaws -- loose threads, some fraying, and age of dress (please see photos). There are no stains or major flaws, just super small imperfections.
