Darling vintage 80's dress! It's made of a slightly sheer black fabric with small polka dots & butterflies all over. Buttons up the front & has a pleated, blousy top with a collar. It's tagged a vintage size 12, but fits like a modern 4-6. Here are measurements:

length: 41”
bust: 17” (relaxed for blousy fit)
elastic waist: stretches from 12”-17”
hips: 21”
