True vintage, 70's nautical embroidered white dress.

Formal style, this dress has a white peter pan collar with thin navy blue trim. Pleated skirting with bubble sleeves, cuffs of sleeves have built in elastic. Embroidered sailboats along a rouched center strip. Three button hidden closure with a blue bow detail in back. Dress is in excellent vintage condition with no notable flaws.
