Amazing vintage dress! See the last pic - this dress was the inspiration for the Esmeralda dress from Anthropologie, but this is the true vintage original! It's made of a soft black floral fabric with angel sleeves, a striped waistband & a tie in the back. Beautiful color palette! It fits like a modern size 4/6. Here are measurements:

length: 38”
bust: 17” relaxed for a blousy fit
elastic waist: 14”-16”
hips: open

In good vintage shape with normal wear & one light spot near the top of the skirt (see pic).
