Content - 100% Cotton Terry, Waterproof vinyl plastic

Size - Baby - 7 1/2" across, 5 1/4" long measured in center

Condition - Brand new but there is an area of color transfer on the back. I do not know if this will come off when it's washed but it does not show from the front.
