Adorable floral and striped dress. Collar and bottom are accented with a black and white floral ruffle. Top is gray and turquoise stripes. Where the stripes meet the floral part of the dress there is a small snag that I didn't notice until I was ironing it. The bottom of the dress is a colorful floral print. Dress ties in the back.
