Would you say this runs true to size? My girl is only 6 months but this is adorable. We live in Iowa though, and it will be too hot when she is actually 12 months old

This is such and adorable bubble romper in a lovely fall colorZ it looks great overall, but it has a tear by the snaps in the saddle (see photo.) It could probably be mended and would barely be noticeable due to the location. Size 12 months.
