Custom made maybe by a lady named Laura who runs a Boutique wanna buy sell trade page I can't remember her last name though.

There may be a loose thread or minor stitch missing but it's not made in a factory so no two dresses will be alike and she made only this one in this length with the fullest bodies of animals showing at the hemline.

I had it made in a custom length so it would be longer for my eight-year-old at the time.

The straps are not adjustable but could easily be unattached and buttonholes added. The colors are beautiful velvet Ribbon totally accentuates the pastel rainbow colors and animals in the bodice of the dress! 🥰 #Custom
