Wool popcorn hooded cardi..size 18/24m. Normal yarn fuzzies overall great shape. Does not run small imo. Their 18/24m is almost identical size to their 2/3 in my experience (so this runs true while bigger sizes run small if that makes sense). No hooded cardigans released this season or next so this is your chance 😍. Gorgeous color.
