Hi is this waterproof? Also I’ve found some Zara items to be pretty oversized? Is this like that? Is it more like a 3/4 T? Our would it fit a 24mo?

@cheadskog hello shopper, it is a wind cheater so it can handle a drizzle but not a heavy rain. It looks a good fit for 2.5 to 3.5 year old. That’s the age my daughter used it at. Thanks
