Both top and bottom 100% cotton.
Lighter in weight, adorable, soft, very good used condition, gently used.

Ball tassel trim along collar, sleeve ends, and bottom.
3 buttons at collar, some deep red velour like fabric boarded the buttons.
Elastic trim at waist is decorative.
Higher waist.
