Gorgeous spring dress for your little flower! Rare Editions tulip dress, beautiful contrasting ribbon details, fully lined, crinoline give it a good amount of poof and twirl. Half zip up back. Worn gently as an #Easter dress last year, there is one minor flaw that it came new with- part of one polka dot on the waistband has pink dye transfer. It really isn't noticeable, it is on the side and the dots are tiny. Ribbon in back is creased from tying but would come out easily with a steam or iron. It is a seriously beautiful dress!
