There is a slit in the tulle - pictured - but I am almost certain it is part of the design (see photo — it's too straight and neat to be a tear). There may be a few sequins missing, but I don't see any spots where sequins are obviously missing. A couple tiny spots on the back of the shorts that are underneath the skirt. The spots aren't visible when wearing the costume and might come out with hand-washing. (I haven't tried to wash this item.)
This was worn once or twice by my niece who then gave it to my daughter, but my daughter never used it. It would make a wonderful figure skater / Olympic ice skater costume for Halloween.
