I just love this darling dress 💕 and hope it finds a good home! Sleeveless, empire waist a-line dress 100% cotton, fully lined with a full flouncy skirt and matching bloomers. The pattern is very skinny blue stripes with colorful v's embroidered all over. It's so soft and pretty 😊 GUC because there are a couple loose threads in the embroidery and two small light marks - one in the middle of the skirt on the front and the other in the back near the buttons on top (see photos).
