I actually bought this same dress new from the POP in London and then saw this on an online board and bought thinking it was the size down. I realize now the dresses are tagged a “double size” which is 86/92, which converts to 12/18 and 18/24 in US sizes (see size chart). I assume this means it fits longer at 12 months and more like a tunic closer to 24 months, but I'm still hoarding my NWT version until my little one grows into it!

This is in great shape, I'm not sure on history but it does look like it's been washed as it's slightly smaller than my NWT version, but no more than normal shrinkage. No visible defects that I can see.
