Pastourelle by Pippa & Julie dress. Dress is navy with shiny rainbow hearts printed all over. It was hard for me to tell in some light if it was navy or a shade of black, the navy is very dark. The dress has multiple layers underneath and a little tulle hem for some slight poofiness as well! Some ruffle details on sleeves, across chest, and across bottom of dress. Dres has button closure on back. This would be an adorable birthday party or Valentine's Day dress!
