Very cute girl's Koala Kids Birthday Dress. We are the 2nd owners of this dress. My daughter wore it once for her birthday. The skirt has sparkles and sequins over black ruffled tutu. The top is white cotton with a bright pink cupcake appliqué. Also comes with white bloomers. The top has no stains, rips or tears. Mild piling from laundry. (See close up photo)
