One of my favorite pieces from Persnickety because it's so unique! The colorful front side has a bird print. The backside is polka dots. Ruffled sleeves. Size 8. 100% cotton. I paired it with the paper-bag waist capri from Paper Wings (see pic. Pants are listed separately) to make such adorable and stylish outfit!

Excellent condition. Just wrinkled from storage. I don't remember my daughter wearing it more than once. Washed in cold water, gentle cycle. Dried flat.
