We bought this from another mom its EUC. We only tried on and its way to big for us. Size is 12-24m but this runs huge. I would say this would fit a 2 1/2 or even 3T. From the neck down this measures 27 inches. With the head piece down its 40 inches. Arm to arm is 26 inches. Body is 13 inches wide. #costumes
