This is sooooo cute! Runs very big... tagged 18-24 mo but looks more like a 3 or 4! This is actually one piece.. top is white with cherries with Peter Pan collar and gathering of sleeves at wrists, zips at back. Bottom half bright red tunic with adjustable straps with faux wood buttons. Short tunic length so would need to wear blooms or leggings with it. It's so precious and is NWT. Brand is Pat Pat.
