This listing is for a beautiful new with tags Kate Spade New York dress in women's size 10. It is the rare roses silk tie neck dress in 100% silk and is dry clean only. It features a built in tie to tie it into a bow at your neck or just leave it loose and hanging. This is a stunning dress but it does have a few flaws. It has one small stain on the front and in a couple of other places it has some black scuff marks (as shown in pics). It is sold out everywhere. All measurements were taken while dress was lying flat and unstretched. The overall length of the dress is 35 inches. It originally retailed for $528.
