This is a brand new adorable Romper that was sold as a 2-3. Seems to work well for 2...even 18-24m. I would not consider it for a size 3, IMO. It's a very stretchy material with a silkier feel. The size tag says L, which is no help with sizing. The colors are so pretty....love the watercolor print.
