These were sold to me as New Without Tags. They do look as if they are new, but I noticed wrinkles, as if maybe they had been worn.
The shorts were made by French Lu children's clothing designer IKKS for size 10. They were originally almost $70.
They are 100% woven cotton and they do have an adjustable waist.
