Teething bead pacifier string clip. Strong metal clip with silicone teething beads. Works great for holding small toys to baby/mom/diaper bag.
Handmade by me.
Knots are heat treated to prevent untying and string is thick and strong to prevent breakage.
Still, as with any string toy, these aren't recommended without parent supervision.
