New, ordered and bought from a local small boutique shop for First Birthday Celebration. Did not have tags attached, as was specially designed and made with Baby Animal Woodland Design with all the little animals holding birthday balloons, and written underneath them “I AM ONE” with an arrow print. Long sleeve onesie is made by Gerber Organic material. We had a t-shirt and the onesie made, but only wore the t-shirt. Please note the graphics are not vinyl, they are ink dyed onto the onesie.
