Purchased at a boutique. Never got to wear. HANDMADE in Peru. The color is cream and has wooden buttons. The straps tie and are adjustable, so the size is very flexible. Supposed to be 18/24 mo, but could easily fit 2/2t. Pants can be rolled up or left down. It's VERY soft. It could be layered or worn alone. Could be for a boy or a girl. I had planned to use it for pictures, but we outgrew too quickly. Smoke free, dog friendly home.
