Beautiful cosplay dress designed and made in USA. Second owners. Bought with hole in it as it didn't affect the overall look but then mended the rip anyways. Love the black detailing. Perfect for Fall with a long sleeve under it. (Note it was originally made at the boutique as a Nemo dress but I have seen it use as tigger that came out really cute. Dress plus tiger ears and tail. And other family members were Pooh and eeyore!).
