Washed once in all natural detergent and hung dry. Never really worn. I wanted so badly to use this and tried a handful of times at home, but my daughter and I just couldn't get the hang of it. Watched all the videos, but this type of carrier just didn't work for us. It works for most though, and it's absolutely beautiful.
