This is a dazzling little dress that would be stunning for the holidays or New Year's Eve. It looks really good overall, but it does have a spot with missing sequins and some untreated surface stains on the neckline (see photos.) If you have some sewing skills, the sequins could be moved around to cover the spot pretty easily. Size 3-4.
