Harry Potter Hermione Yule Ball dress in GUC/play for pulls on tulle. The ribbon has some of the velvet coming off on the one side. NFO, bought this as VGUC, but it was not! Still perfect for pretend play or costume. Nothing else I wrong that I noticed and the dress is still beautiful!
