Cute set from Mim Pi! Dress has blue polka dots & a puppy patch. Sleeves are attached to dress. Matching tights are bright blue with black stripes & dots. Both dress & tights are size 4. Both have been worn quite a bit. The dots on the dress are fading in some areas & the tights are stretched out at the waist & have pilling and wash wear. Outfit looks super cute on still!
