We've looked everywhere for it. :( You can still play with him though as he does work without the flag. Fold his legs and snap him into place into the car to see him race around. (Note that you must hear the snap sound so his bottom, where the mini wheels are, are placed correctly to propel him and car. This is not a flaw; it's how it was made.) Light scratches and white gloves aren't quite as white but overall good. Pet friendly smoke free home.
