Description

This is a festive and lovely dress for fall and winter. It has a striped top with ruffles and buttons down the middle. The bottom is full
of twirl and covered in flowers. It has tulle and ric rac on the hemline and a sash made from a star print. The stitching where the sash attaches to the dress on the right side has deteriorated, but could be mended. There is also a faint mark on the back (see photos.) It otherwise only shows slight signs of wash and wear. This dress is a size 12 months and from the Paint By Numbers Fall 2013 Collection. We also have this in a size 6.
