These are such lovely ruffle shorties! They are a soft yellow and covered in pretty pink rose blossoms. This pair is in EUC with little to no signs of wash and wear. There is a tiny speck that seems to be a flaw in the print or embedded in the fabric (see photo.)They are from the Hello Lovely Spring 2015 Collection. We also have these in a size 12-18 months.
