@the_smith_shoppe IMO these are very versatile as they are a legging fit; they aren’t baggy at all, so they fit at the 18 mo stage slightly “ruched” looking. They should continue to fit and become more of a traditional smooth legging fit closer to 24 mo. I love this style more than looser ruffled pants because they are more versatile; walking on the hem shouldn’t be an issue!! The waist is good for either age!!
