Description

This is a sweet top with polka dots on the bodice and bell puffer sleeves. It has big tiers of pretty fall fabrics and lace trimming the bottom tier. It has some untreated tiny spots scattered across the front and on the sleeves near the shoulder seams. It also has some yellowish discoloration on the puffer edge of the left sleeve (see photos.) This top is from the Character Counts Fall 2012 Collection.
