This is such a fabulous dress! It has lots of twirl and bounce for the girl that loves to spin and dance! The dress even has pockets which is always a nice bonus. The underskirt is mainly hidden, but it is such pretty fabric with a bird print. The dress is listed as Play due to a few flaws. The stitching is coming out in several places around the armholes. There is also a faint green spot on the front and some red paint on the navy eyelet trimming the skirt. Overall, it still looks lovely! This dress is from the It's A Wonderful Parade Spring 2014 Collection.
