This dress is so lovely and has lots of twirl! It is listed in GUC due to a tiny spot missing blue dye on the front and a pulled thread on the skirt (see photos.) It is otherwise in VGUC with only slight signs of wash and wear. This is the perfect dress for the Fourth of July! It is from the Paint by Numbers Fall 2013 Collection. We also have this in a size 4.
