Women's Matilda Jane skirt, brand new with tags. I love this skirt! So retro and pretty. I bought it for me because I want to be the sort of woman who wears things like this, but I'm too stuck in my color palette of black, gray, and wine. This medium size skirt has two layers - the top layer is gingham and the bottom is white with a 3-inch pretty flower and strawberry hem. Large flower applique/embroidery on outer skirt. Waist measures 15 inches lying flat with no stretch. With stretch, goes up to 17 inches. Many ways to style this one!
