Super cute and luxe little jacket. This is an Asian brand and thus I think the size 8 may be a little misleading. Probably more like a 5 or 6 but may fit larger. I will provide measurements. One of the puffballs on the ties has come off so you would need to either replace it with something else, cut off the other puffball or cut off the ties completely. I'll let you decide! Jacket is lined in fleece and will be super warm!
