Brand new with tags. 28 full sets of foam mask and wings. The red and green are true dragon wings, while the black is obviously a bat wings and mask, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Used for a birthday party as a craft for them to decorate and take home. These are the ones I had left over and all are new with tags. Not willing to break apart the lot.
